We are a group of beekeepers in the northwestern corner of Virginia who are dedicated to increasing public awareness of honey bees, educating beekeepers about sustainable beekeeping and promoting the sale of honey bee products.

INTERESTED:  The annual Green Neighborhood Expo on the Old Town walking mall has been postponed until Saturday, October 20th from 11-3pm. This is an opportunity for us to educate the public and  sell product. BONS volunteers are needed. Contact our president, John O'Connor or sign up at our Thursday night meeting.

EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT - FINANCIAL AID: Eagle Scout Candidate, Hunter Barnhart has started a fund-raising campaign to fund his Eagle Project. He plans on building 12 swarm bait traps. If interested in donating Please click here.

INTERESTED: in daytime volunteer work for a local nonprofit? 3 hours once a week! Long-term non-medical help needed at Sinclair Health Clinic in Winchester. Contact: volunteer@fmcwinchester.org
